Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about your privacy.

Who we are
This website is operated by Kyro (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any privacy questions, contact us at hello@example.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Your full name and email address (required).
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
- The service you are interested in, an optional subject, and your message.
- Your confirmation that you agree to this Privacy Policy.
To protect the form from abuse, our server temporarily processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions. This information is held in memory for a short period and is not stored in a database.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs, and follow up on any services you request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How your enquiry is delivered
Contact form submissions are sent to our team by email using a third-party email delivery provider (Resend). The provider processes the content of your message on our behalf in order to deliver it. We do not store contact form submissions in a website database; they are retained in our business email system for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) and subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use messages received this way only to respond to you.
Booking a call
Calls are scheduled through Calendly. The scheduler only loads when you choose to show available times or open it in a new tab. The details you enter when booking, such as your name and email address, are collected by Calendly on our behalf and subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy and cookies. We use them only to hold the call and follow up with you.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers your choice. This information never leaves your device.
Hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP addresses and request details in server logs for security and reliability purposes. [Confirm hosting provider and log retention period before launch.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@example.com. [Confirm applicable rights and any supervisory authority details during legal review.]
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation, and keeping service credentials out of the browser. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
