Backup & Disaster Recovery
Your business data, protected and recoverable.
We set up and monitor reliable backups for your important information, and make sure it can actually be restored — so accidental deletion, hardware failure, or ransomware doesn't stop your business.
Challenges We Address
Where we can help
Data loss rarely gives a warning. These are common situations our backup and recovery work is designed to prepare for.
Accidental deletion
Important files, emails, or folders removed by mistake and only noticed when someone needs them.
Hardware and system failure
A failed drive, lost laptop, or broken server that takes business data down with it.
Ransomware and data corruption
Malware or corruption that locks or damages files, leaving no clean copy to fall back on.

How It Works
Our engagement process
- Step 01
Assess
We identify your critical data and systems, and how quickly you would need them back after a failure.
- Step 02
Design
We recommend a backup and recovery approach that matches how critical your data is and your budget.
- Step 03
Implement
We configure automated backups, run a test restore, and document how recovery works.
- Step 04
Monitor and test
Where agreed, we monitor backups, report on their status, and test recovery on a regular schedule.
Doesn't Microsoft 365 already back up our data?
Microsoft keeps your services running, but its retention for deleted items is limited. An independent backup protects you against accidental deletion, ransomware, and long-term data loss.
Where are backups stored?
Backups are stored securely and kept separate from your main systems, so a single failure or attack does not affect both. We will agree the right approach with you.
How quickly can data be restored?
Individual files can usually be restored quickly. Recovery times for complete systems depend on their size and setup, and we agree realistic targets with you in advance.
Do you test that backups actually work?
Yes. A backup is only useful if it can be restored, so we include monitoring and periodic test restores as part of the service.
Is your business data properly backed up?
Tell us about your systems and data, and we'll help you put a dependable recovery plan in place.
